Terms and conditions


These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and to their details being communicated to third parties including but not limited to the Promoter’s agency in relation to this promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. Promoter: LSI – Germany GmbH, Eyber Straße 81, 91522 Ansbach, Germany. (Please do not send entries or prize claims to this address).
  2. Eligibility: Entry is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents, age 16 years or over except employees and their immediate families of Jack Link’s Europe GmbH, LSI Netherlands and LSI Germany, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. Purchase is necessary to enter this promotion; access to the Internet is required. No purchase necessary for Northern Ireland residents (see clause 8).
  4. Promotional Period: Both the 2 for 1 entry ticket promotion and online instant win promotions open on the 19th March 2018 and close on the 31st December 2018. Entries made after this date will not be accepted. All Northern Ireland no purchase necessary entries for a code, must be received by the Promoter before the closing date in order to receive a unique code by return email.
  5. Entry Instructions: Participants must register their contact details (first name, surname and email address) and then enter their code online at www.peperami-terrify.com. The required code can be found on the outside of the promotional Peperami products.
  6. Entrants will be instantly entered in the promotion and sent an email/website link with a 2 for 1 code unique promotional code, which should be entered when booking your entry ticket online. The pack code will be added to your account.

You will be emailed a promotional code for you to complete the process described in clause 5. All valid NPN entries will be given an equal and random chance of winning a Prize.     Enter your pack code from your promotional pack of Peperami at www.Peperami-terrify.com. You will receive a unique entry code back via email. Simply copy this code and enter it at either https://www.altontowers.com/tickets/theme-park/?promocode=peperami18 or https://www.thorpepark.com/?promocode=peperami18 in order to claim your 2 for 1 entry. Please note that tickets must be bought online with this code, and this code will not be accepted at the gate on the day of visit.

    1. If the holder of the voucher buys a fully priced adult entrance ticket at the attraction entrance to THORPE PARK Resort or Alton Towers Theme Park, then they may take with them ONE OTHER PERSON who will enter the same attraction on the same day free of charge. PLEASE NOTE: You cannot book over the phone when using your voucher; in order to use the voucher you must purchase your ticket at the attraction entrance or in advance online using the link provided. This voucher cannot be used with any other promotions, discounts, offers, advanced bookings or tickets bought by phone. The voucher and code (where applicable) have no cash value. The voucher is automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the voucher for value.

    3. Only one Voucher or unique code can be used per person and per transaction.
    4. The Voucher or the Code can only be used once. You cannot use the Voucher and the Code to gain free entry on two or more separate occasions.
    5. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS VOUCHER IS NOT VALID ON THE FOLLOWING EXCLUDED AND CLOSED DATES:

      THORPE PARK Resort will be closed:
      • 23rd, 24th, 25th and 30th April 2018
      • 1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd May 2018
      • 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th, 25th and 26th September 2018
      • 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th October 2018
    8. 2019 EXCLUSION DATES WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM ATTRACTION WEBSITES AT THE END OF THE 2018 SEASON.
    9. The voucher is not valid for accommodation at either attraction or the following attractions at the Alton Towers Resort: Tree Top Quest, Waterpark, Spa or Golf, and does not include early ride time.
    10. The voucher remains the property of THORPE PARK/Alton Towers Resorts at all times and the resorts reserve the right to take possession of the voucher at any time. The voucher must be presented at the attraction entrance and surrendered. Vouchers cannot be presented on electronic devices.
    11. Adult is 12 and over at both attractions.
    12. Entry is free for children under 3 years of age at both attractions.
    13. Visitors under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over at THORPE PARK Resort and 18 or over at Alton Towers Resort.
    14. Voucher can only be used as stipulated. The voucher is non-transferable/not for resale. Any purported transfer or sale of the voucher will render it void. Voucher is only valid in the United Kingdom. Photocopies will not be accepted. Admission prices are subject to change. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or concession (e.g. senior citizens, family tickets), reward/loyalty program, pre-purchased tickets, combination tickets, 2 day pass, Annual Pass, online tickets or Fastrack tickets, rail inclusive offers, on secondary ticketed events, hotel events or concerts or for group/advance bookings.
    15. THORPE PARK and Alton Towers Resorts reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including over-capacity.
    16. Please note that THORPE PARK and Alton Towers Resorts operate a chargeable car parking policy.
    17. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions.
    18. All attraction information is subject to change; please check at attraction websites before your visit for the latest information. Please note: you cannot book over the phone when using your voucher; in order to use the voucher you must purchase your ticket at the attraction entrance or in advance online using the unique code/website link.
    19. Entry to either attraction will be subject to the terms and conditions of entry, which can be found at the attraction entrance or website.
  10. Free pair of UNDERCRACKERS:
    1. Entrants must collect 15 promotional codes and register their contact details in order to claim a pair of Men’s white 95% cotton & 5% Elastane pants via the promotion website; www.peperami-terrify.com. Once 15 codes have been added to your account, confirm you would like to receive your free pair of pants, select your size – XS, S, M, L or XL (subject to availability) and confirm delivery address.

  11. Pair of UNDERCRACKERS:
    1. How to claim a pair of Men’s white 95% cotton & 5% Elastane pants:
      • Collect 5 codes from promotional packs of Peperami
      • Log on to www.peperami-terrify.com
      • Register their contact details (first name, surname and email address) and then enter their promotional codes. The required code can be found on the outside of the promotional Peperami products.
      • Credit/debit card for secure payment of £6.99 via an online payment portal is required (inclusive of P&P)
      • Once the 5 codes and full payment have been validated, select your size – XS, S, M, L or XL (subject to availability) and confirm delivery address
      • All claims must be submitted by 31st December 2018
      • Please check the sizing chart before applying for your free pair of undercrackers. For hygiene reasons, once an order is processed and the undercrackers are despatched, exchanges are not permitted.
    2. Please allow up to 28 working days from date of claim for delivery of your undercrackers (pants) via Royal Mail, which will be sent to the postal address provided at the time of submission of claim. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for items lost or delayed in the post.
    3. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product(s), you can return it within 14 working days of receipt in their original condition to ‘Peperami Undercrackers Returns’, PO Box 106, Welshpool, Powys, SY21 7WW together with your name, telephone number, email address and postal address details and we will issue a full refund upon receipt.
    4. The promoter has the right to offer a similar item alternative of equal or greater value, or issue a full refund, in the event that it is unable to supply the item(s) as stated due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
  12. ONLINE INSTANT WIN PRIZES:
    1. Alton Towers Resort & Thorpe Park Resort Theme Park Day Tickets
      1. Prize covers a one day theme park entry for one person.
      2. Prizes will be valid until the end of that season. For the 2018 season, they will be valid until 18th October 2018 at THORPE PARK Resort and until 2nd November 2018 at Alton Towers Resort, excluding secondary ticketed events (e.g. concerts) and attraction closed dates (see point 9. vii.).
      3. The Alton Towers Resort and THORPE PARK Resort reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including over-capacity.
      4. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions.

    2. Alton Towers Hotel Stay – Alton Towers Resort
      1. Prize includes:
        • One night’s accommodation for up to 4 guests in a standard room in the Alton Towers Hotel
        • Breakfast on the second day
        • Two day theme park entry for up to 4 guests with Fastrack Gold tickets on both days
      2. Entrance to Tree Top Quest, Waterpark, Extraordinary Golf and Spa are not included in the prize.
      3. Limited number of competition prize rooms available on any one night and subject to availability.
      4. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
      5. Valid until the end of the 2019 season, excluding secondary ticketed events (e.g. concerts) and theme park closed dates (see point 9. vii.).
      6. For accommodation purposes only one guest must be aged 18+.
      7. Identification will be required upon check-in.
      8. Check-in can be made from 3pm onwards.
      9. Prizes do not include travel to or from Alton Towers Resort, in-room movies and phone calls.
      10. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guests.
      11. Prizes are non-transferable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative.
    3. Shark Hotel Stay – Thorpe Park Resort
      1. Prize includes:
        • One night stay at THORPE SHARK Hotel for the winner and up to 3 of his/her guests
        • Complimentary breakfast on the second day of the overnight stay for up to 4 people
        • Two day theme park entry for up to 4 guests with full throttle Fastracks on both days
        • Free car parking
      2. This prize is subject to availability.
      3. The prize must be redeemed before the end of the 2019 season, excluding secondary ticketed events (e.g. concerts) and theme park closed dates. For the 2019 theme park season, validity dates will be posted at www.thorpepark.com on or before 1st January 2019. Please check the opening dates at www.thorpepark.com before you book your stay.
      4. Excludes all event dates including but not limited to Ministry of Sound events.
      5. Valid for up to 4 people in 1 room. Anyone under the age of 16 requires an adult aged 18 or over to stay in the room with them. Anyone under the age of 17 must have written parental consent.
      6. This prize does not include transport costs to or from THORPE SHARK Hotel or any other expenses incurred by the winner and/or his/her guests whilst at THORPE PARK Resort.
      7. Winners must use this prize during the specified validity period and surrender their voucher at time of check-in.
      8. Winners claiming this prize must 16 years of age or over and if under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one person over the age of 18.
      9. This prize is offered by Merlin Attractions Operations Limited (Merlin) and is subject to Merlin's terms and conditions relating to the THORPE SHARK Hotel and THORPE PARK Resort.
    4. Thorpe Park Annual Pass
      1. An Annual Pass will only be valid when it is used and/or presented by the named holder, it displays a photograph, which must be a true likeness of the holder, and it is within the Validity Period (as defined in clause 4). Photocopies of an Annual Pass will not be accepted. Any use of an Annual Pass in breach of these terms and conditions or the relevant Attraction Regulations will result in the Annual Pass being revoked without compensation. For the avoidance of doubt, pass sharing is a breach of these terms and conditions and any attempted use of an Annual Pass by someone other than the photographed and named holder, regardless of reason, will result in the Annual Pass being revoked without compensation to the holder.
      2. The variety of THORPE PARK Annual Pass available to be won is the THORPE PARK Standard Annual Pass.
      3. Each Annual Pass holder will be issued his or her own Annual Pass and will be required to supply the following:
        • Their first name and surname
        • Their date of birth
        • Their residential address
        • A contact telephone number
        • A contact email address (if they have one); and
        • A photograph which must be a true likeness of the holder
      4. The purchaser of the Annual Pass must be 18 years or over.
      5. An Annual Pass entitles the purchaser to admission to THORPE PARK for a period of 12 months from the date of issue (“validity period”) and is subject to the opening calendar of THORPE PARK and any applicable restricted usage dates. The ‘valid from’ and ‘valid until’ dates will be printed on the Annual Pass card when issued. Please check THORPE PARK opening and closing dates before visit. Please note that THORPE PARK is not open all year.
      6. Application of a Disabled THORPE PARK Annual Pass (“Disabled Pass”) is subject to proof of disability for example by production of a doctor’s letter setting out the disability, proof of receipt of disability living allowance or a disabled parking badge. Disabled Pass holders are entitled to a free Carer THORPE PARK Annual Pass (“Carer Pass”), which will be issued at the same time as the Disabled Pass. The Carer Pass may only be used by the designated Carer when accompanying the Disabled Pass holder. Misuse of the Carer Pass will result in both the Disabled Pass and the Carer Pass being revoked without compensation. For the avoidance of doubt, Disabled Pass and Carer Pass holders will be required to supply the details listed in clause 2.
      7. THORPE PARK, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to vary the opening and closing dates of the Attraction and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, events or facilities within the attraction for any reason, including, but not being limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons, or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, the full value or any part of the value of the Annual Pass will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable if any of the rides or attractions become unavailable or if any part of any of the rides and attractions are closed or removed.
      8. A THORPE PARK Annual Pass is subject to some restrictions in usage dates. Should passholders wish to visit during a restricted usage date, additional charges at a special rate will be available. Restricted usage dates include, but are not limited to, the following:
        • Any concerts taking place at THORPE PARK Resort
        • Friday’s, Saturday’s and Sunday’s in August 2018 (including 1st and 2nd September)
        • Any themed and/or special events taking place at THORPE PARK Resort
        • Any ‘special dates’ featured on the THORPE PARK Resort calendar
        • Fright Nights dates regardless of the time of entry or departure
        • All Christmas event openings;
        • Any other event as determined by The Merlin Entertainments Group from time to time
      9. Additional fees apply to the THORPE PARK Pass including, but not being limited to the following;
        • Parking fees at THORPE PARK;
        • Fastrack tickets
      10. To use an Annual Pass, the authorised holder must show it at the admissions turnstiles at THORPE PARK.
      11. All Annual Passes remain the property of THORPE PARK and can be withdrawn at any time. Annual Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold, loaned or given away to or used by a third party. Access will be denied to THORPE PARK in the event of fraud or misuse of the Annual Pass, and the Annual Pass will be withdrawn from any person whose conduct is deemed to be inappropriate in the absolute discretion of THORPE PARK. Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to, allowing or assisting a third party to attempt to gain unauthorised or improper access to THORPE PARK with an Annual Pass of which they are not the valid holder. For the avoidance of doubt no refund will be given in such circumstances.
      12. An Annual Pass that is discovered to have been obtained through illegal methods will be revoked without compensation.
      13. Possession or use of the Annual Pass does not guarantee entry to THORPE PARK. The management of THORPE PARK reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason as provided by THORPE PARK’s regulations including, but not being limited to, THORPE PARK reaching full capacity.
      14. Possession or use of the Annual Pass does not guarantee immediate entry or priority entry to THORPE PARK.
      15. Entry to THORPE PARK by use of an Annual Pass will not be permitted in the event that a valid Annual Pass cannot be presented for any reason, including, but not being limited to, the Annual Pass being lost, stolen, damaged or forgotten. Failure to present a valid Annual Pass will result in a charge of the “on the day” admissions rate, which will be non-refundable. Re-entry to THORPE PARK on the same day requires a hand stamp.
      16. A lost, stolen and/or damaged Annual Pass should be reported to THORPE PARK immediately. Contact details for THORPE PARK can be found on the THORPE PARK website.
      17. In the event of a lost, stolen and/or damaged Annual Pass, THORPE PARK will re-issue a replacement Annual Pass. Up to three replacement Annual Passes can be issued during the Validity Period. Replacement Annual Passes will only be issued at THORPE PARK to the individual whose details have been provided in accordance with clause 2. An administration fee of £10 will be charged for the re-issue of each Annual Pass. The re-issue of stolen Annual Passes will also be subject to the £10 re-issue fee unless the holder can provide THORPE PARK with a relevant crime reference number when requesting that the Annual Pass is re-issued.
      18. Unless stated otherwise, an Annual Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer, voucher or advance booking or with any other offer, discount or retail/restaurant incentive.
      19. Refunds are not available in any circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
      20. Once an Annual Pass reaches its expiry date the holder will qualify for a renewal rate provided that he or she renews their Annual Pass within 8 weeks of expiry and are able to present their expired card when making the renewal. The ‘validity period’ of the new pass will commence on the ‘valid until’ date of the expired pass.
      21. An Annual Pass that is not renewed within 8 weeks of expiration will no longer qualify for the renewal rate and the full price of a new pass will be chargeable.
      22. Annual Passes can be used up to and including the ‘valid until’ date.
      23. THORPE PARK and the Merlin Entertainments Group is entitled to use Annual Pass holder’s details to contact them in relation to service information, including, but not being limited to, information about changes to these Terms and Conditions of use, expiry and/or renewal reminders. The Merlin Entertainments Group and THORPE PARK will not use Annual Pass holder’s details for marketing purposes unless that Annual Pass holder has opted in to receive such information at the time of purchasing the Annual Pass.
      24. THORPE PARK is entitled, in its absolute discretion, to change the price payable for its Annual Pass at any time and for any reason and may from time to time offer pricing and promotional offers at THORPE PARK, online, via telephone or through third party channels.
      25. THORPE PARK reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions by giving Annual Pass holders no less than 30 days written notice of such variation by using details as provided in accordance with clause 2.
      26. On the presentation of an Annual Pass, holders may receive discounts and/or benefits from third parties. Such third parties are subject to change.
      27. Visitors under 12 years of age to THORPE PARK must be accompanied at all times by an individual aged 18 or over.
      28. Visitors under 3 years of age may enter THORPE PARK free of charge.
      29. Height, weight, size and age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions. For more details about the THORPE PARK Annual Pass please visit THORPEPARK.com.
    5. Alton Towers Theme Park Season Pass
      1. Prizes will be valid until the end of that season. For the 2018 season, they will be valid until 2nd November 2018 at Alton Towers Resort, excluding secondary ticketed events (e.g. concerts) and attraction closed dates (see point 9. vii.).
      2. A Season Pass will only be valid when it is used and/or presented by the named holder, it displays a clear photograph, which must be a true likeness of the holder, and it is within the Validity Period (as defined below). Photocopies of a Season Pass will not be accepted. Any use or attempted use of a Season Pass in breach of these Terms or the Resort’s regulations will result in the Season Pass being revoked without compensation. For the avoidance of doubt, pass sharing is a breach of these Terms and any attempted use of a Season Pass by someone other than the photographed and named holder, regardless of the reason, will result in access being refused and the Season Pass being revoked without compensation.
      3. The Season Pass permits entry to the Theme Park only.
      4. Each Season Pass holder will be issued with his/her own Season Pass.
      5. The purchaser of the Season Pass must be 18 years or over.
      6. The Season Pass entitles the holder to admission to the Resort from the date of issue until 4th November 2018 during the Resort's normal park operating hours as updated by Alton Towers from time-to-time, subject to the following date exclusions and the provisions of Term 6 ("Validity Period"):
        • Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in August 2018 (i.e. 3rd, 4th, 5th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th, 25th, 26th & 31st August 2018);
        • The Resort's Scarefest event (running on the 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th and 19th October to 2nd November 2018 (inclusive)) ("Scarefest"); and
        • The Resort's fireworks event (3rd and 4th November 2018) ("Fireworks")
      7. The above exclusion dates are subject to change.
      8. Please check the Resort's opening and closing dates and times at www.altontowers.com before visit. Please note that the Resort is not open all year round.
      9. Where a Season Pass holder presents to Alton Towers, at their own discretion, proof of disability within the Validity Period, that that customer shall be entitled to obtain a free carer Season Pass ("Carer Season Pass") which enables them to bring their carer into the Resort with them at no additional cost. Carer Season Passes are issued solely at Alton Towers' discretion and cannot be obtained online or over the phone. The Carer Season Pass may only be used by the designated carer when accompanying the disabled Season Pass holder. Misuse of the Carer Season Pass will result in both the Carer Season Pass and the related Season Pass being revoked without compensation.
      10. Alton Towers, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to vary the opening and closing dates of the Resort and to close, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, events or facilities within the Resort for any reason including, but not being limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, the full value or any part of the value of the Season Pass will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable if any of attractions at the Resort are removed or closed during the year.
      11. Additional charges apply for entry into:
        • Any concerts taking place at the Resort;
        • Any themed special events taking place at the Resort, such as Scarefest and Fireworks;
        • All Christmas event openings;
        • Secondary attractions at the Resort including, but not limited to, the Alton Towers Resort Waterpark, Extraordinary Golf, Tree Top Quest, Alton Towers Spa and Scarefest Mazes
      12. The authorised holder of the Season Pass must show the Season Pass at the turnstile upon entry to the Resort.
      13. All Season Passes remain the property of Alton Towers and can be withdrawn at any time. Season Passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold, loaned or given away to or used by a third party. Access may be denied to the Resort in the event of fraud or misuse of the Season Pass, and the Season Pass can be withdrawn from any person whose conduct is deemed to be inappropriate in the absolute discretion of Alton Towers. Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to, allowing or assisting a third party to attempt to gain unauthorised or improper access to the Resort with a Season Pass of which they are not the valid holder. For the avoidance of doubt no refund will be given in such circumstances.
      14. Possession of the Season Pass does not guarantee entry to the Resort. The management of the Resort reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason as provided by the Resort's regulations including, but not being limited to, the Resort reaching full capacity.
      15. Entry to the Resort will not be permitted in the event a valid Season Pass cannot be presented for any reason including, but not being limited to, the Season Pass being lost, stolen or forgotten. Failure to present a valid Season Pass will result in a charge of the “on the day” admission rate, which will be non-refundable. Re-entry on the same day requires a hand stamp.
      16. Season Passes cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer, voucher or advance booking or with any other offer, discount or retail/restaurant incentive unless explicitly stated.
      17. Refunds are not available in any circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
      18. Lost Season Passes should be reported to Alton Towers immediately.
      19. In the event of a lost Season Pass, Alton Towers will re-issue a replacement Season Pass. Up to three replacement Season Passes can be issued during the Validity Period. An administration fee of £10 will be charged for the re-issue of each lost Season Pass.
      20. Alton Towers is entitled, in its absolute discretion, to change the price payable for its Season Pass at any time and for any reason, and may, from time to time, offer pricing or promotional offers at the Resort.
      21. Alton Towers reserves the right to vary these Terms by giving you no less than 30 days' written notice of such variation.
      22. Visitors under 12 years of age to the Resort must be accompanied by an individual aged 18 years or over.
      23. Visitors under 3 years of age may enter the Resort free of charge.
      24. Height, weight, size and age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions within the Resort. Admittance to rides and attractions are always subject to availability and capacity.
      25. Alton Towers shall only use your details under these Terms in accordance with the fair processing notice set out in the privacy statement found www.altontowers.com . You acknowledge that the processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you to enable you to obtain and use the Season Pass. Alton Towers reserves the right to use a Season Pass holder's details to contact them in relation to service information, including, but not limited to, information about changes to these Terms, expiry and/or renewal reminders.
      26. Where a Season Pass holder provides evidence of a disability in accordance with Term 5, the Season Pass holder acknowledges that Alton Towers will be collecting sensitive personal data (i.e. health information regarding a disability or impairment). The Season Pass holder agrees that, to the extent that he/she has provided Alton Towers with sensitive personal data, he/she provided it deliberately and voluntarily. The Season Pass holder also expressly consents that Alton Towers can use the sensitive personal data in order to verify the disability status and provide the services relevant to the Season Pass, to the Season Pass holder. Where possible, Alton Towers shall seek to minimise the collection and use of such sensitive personal data, and shall ensure that appropriate safeguards (including confidentiality agreements) are in place to protect such sensitive personal data.
      27. Where a Season Pass holder has opted-in to receive information about Alton Towers products and events, Alton Towers will use the Season Pass holder's details provided in his/her order for a Season Pass for marketing purposes for its products and events. If the Season Pass holder wishes to opt out of receiving such information, the Season Pass holder can do so at any time by contacting Alton Towers at privacy@merlinentertainments.biz or by post at Merlin Entertainments Group, Privacy Department, Link House, 25 West Street, Poole, Dorset BH15 1LD. Please note this can take up to 10 working days.
